Mentoring Teachers of Literacy
The mentoring model is negotiated and adapted according to school need. Kaye is available to work alongside classroom teachers to model, evaluate and give feedback about current literacy practices and classroom instruction.
Using a collaborative and supportive approach, she works with teachers to identify and establish effective practices tailored for specific contexts and learners. She assists with planning and programming to meet student needs in their classrooms.
The mentoring model is available to support individual teachers or groups of teachers.
